Subscriptions

Quotra subscriptions are billed in whole months, in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active and you keep full access through the end of your current paid period; it simply does not renew.

Refunds

We do not provide partial-month or pro-rated refunds. Because you keep access for the full period you paid for, cancelling mid-month does not generate a refund.

Payments between you and your customers

Payments your customers make to you are processed by your own Stripe account or other methods you arrange, and are governed by your policies — not Quotra’s.
